# Fujara V5 Candidate Risks

Current readiness: V5 build-packet candidate, not build-ready.

## Acoustic Risks

- Main-bore end corrections may not match the simple open-open validator model.
- Side air tube leakage, pressure drop, and junction angle may change response
even if they do not set the bore fundamental.
- Flue/labium geometry is response-critical and needs physical adjustment.
- Overblown partials may not align with the intended modal scale until the
bore, tone holes, and voicing are measured together.

## Fabrication Risks

- Long stave glue-up can distort the bore or change the effective ID.
- Existing SolidWorks files may not match the selected key/configuration until
  a configuration-specific export is reviewed.
- The DXF and SVG plates are review plates, not CNC toolpaths.
- Long stock sourcing, workholding, and lathe capacity remain practical
  blockers.

## Safety And Cultural Risks

- Breath-contact finishes and adhesives must be fully cured and appropriate for
  repeated contact.
- Moisture drainage and cleaning must be planned before public build guidance.
- Cultural attribution to Slovak fujara traditions must stay visible; this repo
documents an engineering derivation, not ownership of the tradition.
