Given a natural-language PRD (battery target, radios, sensors, form factor), emit three day-one architecture deliverables: a System Block Diagram, a BOM starter from the public component catalog, and a STEP bounding box. Grading uses public makerbench.pcba_kickoff primitives; no private oracle needed.
