Reconstruct a clean parametric solid from non-answer-bearing observed evidence (noisy measurements + declared symmetry), graded deterministically on observed-bbox fit, recovered hole/symmetry, and manufacturable reconstruction. Promoted from the reverse-engineering scaffold-alpha (#4/#5).
